Disgraceful Service all-round!

I ordered 2 items from Amazon as 'urgent next day delivery' - my items got to the HDN Depot a few hours later on Dec 13th (according to my tracking id). 3 days later they are STILL sitting in the Depot and no-one will answer any number I try including the one at the top of this page. I ordered it as 'urgent' because I won't be around after today, so even if/when it gets delivered I wont be able to get to it until January 11th. I would of course try and get the address changed if someone answered the bloody phone but no such luck. They are rubbish and a serious discredit to Amazon and anyone else who uses their courier service. I would be extremely happy to recommend how SH*T they are to any and every potential future customer. Happy Christmas

[PLEASE READ] WORSE THAN USELESS - POOR EFFORT DELIVERING TO FLATS

I live in an apartment, and the delivery man didn't even attempt coming through the ALWAYS OPEN gate, didn't leave a card or anything, saw the van drove off and said "Unable to reach me" WTF??!!!??!!?!! Come on, other courier companies deliver all the way to my door, even with a 15KG box!! Staff at depot said, "THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU" and I must stay at home from 7am to 7pm to wait. Called 5 times, until a lady picked up and was extremely rude and was rushing trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible. Picking up at depot was NOT an option, as they were "TOO BUSY" apparently to locate my parcel. The parcel was sent out 2 weeks ago, and now the tracking says it's in depot and no sign of it going out for delivery and I cannot pick up.. I mean WTF is this poor service???!!! Their depot telephone was DIFFICULT to get hold of, I had to get it from the sender, as the expensive 0870 company number just directs you to call center half a globe away. missing delivery- appalling customer service

I buy from littlewoods catalogue and turns out this is the courier service they use. Now I know this I will be quitting the catalogue. I have been waiting in for 6 days for a delivery I'm told I must be in for. The people at the depot don't even pretend to care whilst saying there is no way of telling when my parcels (including my christmas tree!) will arrive. So frustrated! poor service doesnt even begin to cover it!

This is the WORST courier service we have ever dealt with. Delivery driver leavesa missed delivery card with delivery/tracking number thorough the door but it cannot be found on the computer system !!!! Ha, Ha, Ha what a joke. No one at HDNL Liverpool or DHL central office can help. We've wasted £10.00 worth of phone calls using the 0871 number at 10p/minute and not got any further on where/what the parcels are. HDNL have put the blame on DHL but it is a HDNL delivery card. Have personally used DHL, Citylink, TNT, UPS all the time and not have any problems with them at all. But HDNL -what a bunch of monkeys! Collections and deliveries are always a nightmare. Why does M&S, QVC, and many others still use them?

What a shower of clowns! PARCEL2GO & HDNL

Paid for HDNL 48hour delivery thru Parcel2Go. parcel collected on wed 30th, dispatched at 19:52 from nottingham to sorting office & 2 days later still not in Scotland!...now being advised its on its way to parcel2go's offices in bolton lol?? Keep it simple...DO NOT USE HDNL OR PARCEL2GO, CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS AT P2G "SARAH" & "IZABELLA" ARE USELESS! As for HDNL "Shona" at Glenrothes HDNL branch is hopeless as she doesnt have any other branches number to chase up my delivery problem lol.....this is sort of company that you do not want to give any business too!!!

Have had parcels delivered by Home network a few times and each time have had problems. Paid extra for nominated delivery to arrive saturday. Stayed in all day and what a surprise, it didnt arrive. You can call the help line. they do not know anything, they couldnt tell me where it was, what the delay was or when I would recieve the parcel. A request for guaranteed delivery on monday was made, what a surprise, it didnt arrive monday. It eventually arrived tuesday but I wasnt in. The parcel had sat in the depot from saturday 2am until tuesday pm. Dreadful service not helped by useless call centre staff.
