A proper pub, is what I thought when I entered the establishment. A great landlord, and attentive staff, keep the premises spotless and really look after the local community sports teams (mine is darts). Though not a smoker, I was very impressed by the covered and heated smoking area, complete with telly and barbeque area. A great place for a game of darts or snooker, or just a quiet drink with friends.
