Based in Nottingham, we are a small architectural practice operating across the East Midlands specialising in residential projects big and small.

Who we are

We are a small architectural practice based in Nottingham specialising in residential projects across the East Midlands.

We have a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience gained from 20 years in the business, which we draw upon to make your project both unique and as straight forward as possible.

From master-planning, to new builds, renovating and remodelling an existing building or simply adding an extension to the home you love, we are here to help.

What we do

We offer a complete package of architectural services to suit every client's needs.

From our first meeting we set out a simple step-by-step approach, from getting your ideas down on paper to appointing a builder.

We provide simple to understand documents including contracts based on the RIBA Standard Form of Agreement. So we always tell you what we'll do and how much it will cost every step of the way - and it's all backed by our Professional Indemnity insurance cover.
