Booked Lawrence in to finish the electrical work in my property... work in which he, and his Father did a great job of. He was due in on Weds. and did NOT turn up... I received an email notifying me that he would be the next day... TODAY, once again he did NOT turn up. After I had to ring him, and ask why he had let me down for the second successive day... He simply said "We're too busy, that's the way it goes" NO apology or explanation was given! I was surprised at his attitude, which used to be very good. He acted like a "cowboy builder" and was not in the slightest bit bothered by his behaviour or his actions! Be very careful when dealing with Lawrence... who needs to learn from his Father's example. Dave what has happened to your Son, you used to be a great Team... offering a great service! His actions over the last few days was SHOCKING. Regretfully A.D.
