About Redstone Centre

The Redstone Centre is a unique venue for meetings & conferences, teambuilding & leadership days and personal development programmes. Our indoor meeting rooms have state of the art conference facilities which can be used independently or combined with our wide range of exciting outdoor and indoor teambuilding activities to create a day that is both productive and inspiring.

Venue and Facilities

The Redstone Centre is set within 18 acres of stunning open countryside which offers a place to focus your mind away from the day to day office environment.

Our conference and meeting rooms are set within a converted stable block and barn, and provide state of the art facilities within light, airy rooms with magnificent views of the countryside.

Outside you will find 9 purpose built exciting and innovative team building activities which have been sympathetically built with natural materials in order to blend into the site. As well as providing a key focus for team building and leadership days and acting as ice-breakers for conferences, these structures enhance the natural surroundings by being natural works of art.

We can also lead you in bushcraft & survival skills activities to enhance your day, or offer art and craft workshops to add to your overall experience.

The Redstone Centre prides itself on promoting biodiversity and maintaining a sustainable environment, both the farmland and buildings have been developed and continue to be maintained using permacultural principles.

Team building and Training Courses

Our teambuilding days and activities meet a variety of needs, from fun days out as a team reward or team bonding experiences to addressing specific development needs.

We also provide Team and Leadership Development programmes and offer two licensed Work & Personal development Programmes, which are Springboard Women's Development Programme and Navigator Men's Development Programme, aimed at enabling your staff to achieve their maximum potential in both their professional & personal lives.
