We are the original refacing company and we cover the whole of Scotland offering replacement kitchen and bedroom doors and complete kitchen and bedroom makeovers. DO NOT USE REFACE!. Their tiler managed to tile over the edge of both our kitchen windows meaning they were unable to be opened. Gave up after 2 months waiting for this to be resolved as we needed to get the wall re-plastered (as all the tiles had to be removed). 'Customer service' (although I struggle to use that term) was unbelievable. We were repeatedly called liars (despite them lying on numerous occasions on the phone when we were actually able to get in touch with someone to try and resolve the many issues)- we supposedly damaged the glass splashback that also had to be replaced - it was their own tillers that pointed out the damage - paint came away from the glass when the cellophane protective cover was removed. Also had one of the directors cryng down the phone to us and then hanging up. In the end we were out of pocket as we had to pay to get their mistakes fixed. I could go on but I have wasted enough time on this joke of a company

Reface
I have been hoping for a number of years to have a new kitchen and when a friend suggested I try Reface I was delighted at the way they could turn my dated kitchen into my dream kitchen. It was installed last week and would like to say how delighted I am with it. Both my friend Margaret & I are delighted with our new kitchens. I would like to thank both Margaret for her recommendation and to Reface for the lovely kitchen and kind staff at the showroom, the boy who can to measure up and the very tidy joiners. Reface recommend
After hearing several recommendations from work colleagues who have used Reface, we put ourselves in their hands, I must admit it all went very smoothly and we now have a beautiful kitchen that only took 2 days to transform. The installers were friendly, respectful and worked continually. We are very pleased with everything, it was organised and planned quickly at a favourable cost. Thank you to everyone involved and the lovely girls in the office who guided us through the whole procedure.

Over the moon
Our kitchen has just been installed, we are over the moon with it, it is everything and more than we expected. Very happy with Reface, would recommend them, their fitters are a credit to them, tidy and immaculate, a pleasure to have in our home. Bill Easton

Reface did a great job on my kitchen, the fitters were polite, skilled and left my home immaculate after they had finished. My new kitchen doors and worktops look great and completely change how it looked. Many thanks to all @ Reface. I would not hesitate to recommend you. Cathy

ReFarce Kitchens
Avoid like the plague. Reface installed my replacement kitchen a few years ago now IT needs replaced. The vinyl has started to peel and crack and looks terrible. Alarm bells should have started to ring at the length of the disclaimer list they made me sign before proceeding with the work. If you do invite them to work in your house be sure to read it carefully and contemplate why it contains so many caveats. I am annoyed at myself for not considering this more fully. The company's showroom looks good and the salesman who came to visit was pleasant, but this is where the professionalism ends. The product installed I would rate 0 out of 10 for value. The finish was rough around the edges and the cheapest of fittings were used. There were also a number of unsightly joins in woodwork, seems and vinyl overlaps. The installation team was rude as were the after sales support (laughs) staff. If you want a new kitchen please avoid Reface. They claim to be cheaper but in reality it is false economy. I would recommend you find a local joiner to fit a kitchen from somewhere like Ikea or Howdens.

Highly Delighted
What a great job they did in refurbishing our kitchen, we cannot thank them enough for the excellent service they provided. Everyone in the company deserves praise for their efforts. The office and showroom staff have extremely pleasant and courteous manners. In fact everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with were efficient and encouraging. All-in-all Reface is to be complimented for an efficient and friendly service but most of all for transforming our kitchen. It is beautiful.

Recommend Reface
Reface completed our kitchen today with a beautiful result. You would not believe how different it looks, it is not the same kitchen I left this morning, I have come home from work to a beautifully refaced kitchen. I am over the moon. Lovely company to deal with with, couldn't do enough to please us my husband said. Thank you it has been a pleasure.

I felt compelled to mention how professional this business were when dealing with our purchase. Their products are of premium quality, with exceptional members of staff. Everything was handled in a professional manner by all parties involved. Our kitchen and utility room are magnificent. Experts in their field and an established business.

fix it yourself kitchens from refacescotland
refaced my kitchen on jan5th. left with 2 different colours of wall unit, 15mm gap between end unit and door surround. no veneer on ends of kick boards. staff at their office just talk down to you or drop the phone when you try to tell them there is a problem. after sales is rubbish. trading standards think the same as I do. I would never advise anyone to use this company. They were prepared to send me the materials for me to fix unit myself. no, don't laugh it's true!

Reface - Great job
Reface did a great job on our kitchen makeover in 2005 that took us back to them when we moved home. Their service is fantastic, professional and friendly. The products are of a high quality and affordable. I was delighted when I dealt with the same staff from 2005, this was a good sign as to how solid and consistent Reface is as a Company. Congraulations on their new showroom at Hillington. My kitchen transformation is perfect.

Succesful Company
Happy to promote the good work this Company completes. A secure and established Company with their own factory and showroom in Rutherglen. My kitchen was completed today by two pleasant, conscientious installers, they completed the work exactly as my husband and I wished it to be done, we have an awkward kitchen and are both highly delighted with the finished result, kitchen 'Reface' was succesful and highlights this room in the home.
