this company takes your deposit and than doesn't deliver the carpet, changes it's name in order not to comply with a small claims court order. Not a very nice company to deal with. How would you like to lose a load of money which puts your family into hardship.

Good showroom
I liked the showroom, and the young guy who saw my husband and me was knowledgeable and polite. Cheaper than a competitor's quote, and the work was excellent. We'll be going back for our carpets

Excellent overall service
I came to look for carpets, and was pleasantly surprised at the choice and quality. I did also compare prices with a large chain, and to my surprise, Reffells was about 10% cheaper! Fitters were very professional, and overall I was happy with the job.
