Awful
Absolutely awful customer service. Had a viewing booked to view a property and no one turned up, when I rang the office they said it was under application and potential viewers had be called. I was never called. I had taken time off work to view so a total wasted day. The lady on the phone could offer no explanation other than “I don’t know I wasn’t in yesterday” if an apology had been given I would be okay with this but no concern or apology is just awful customer service! I would avoid if you don’t want to waste your time
