About us

Regan Peggs Solicitors is a practice based in the very heart of Birmingham, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
We are less than a ten minute walk from the Crown and Magistrates' Courts. Located near motorways and arterial roads we provide a wide range of legal services to private and commercial clients throughout England and Wales.
We are renowned for going the extra mile to offer accessible, experienced and quality legal services at competitive rates.
The company was established in September 2015 by Regan Peggs. Regan has served as a senior legal advisor in the Birmingham Magistrates' Court and subsequently has a decade of experience at two of the regions most respected firms.
Regan is currently involved with the Ronald McDonald House charity as a Governor and is a co-opted member of the Council of Birmingham Law Society, as well as a member of the Society's Criminal Law Committee.
Most recently Regan has been shortlisted for ‘Birmingham Solicitor of the Year' in 2015 for two separate categories. Regan is qualified in Scotland as well as England and Wales. He is an experienced advocate in both Magistrates' and Crown Courts together with a number of tribunal and appeal courts.
