I would like you all to here my story and then make you're own mind up. My car broke down and I was advised by the AA that it's probably a feul injector, as I broke down around 11pm the only place that I could get my car to ( which was open) was Reliance Autos on Whittenham Close. This was on the 21st March 2012. Even taking bank holidays out of the equation I would have expected an absolute maximum of 2 weeks for the car to be fixed, BUT after lots of excuses the car was still not fixed in middle of June. The garage (Martin) wanted over £1000 to give me my car back in a NON WORKING state. After a lot of haggling and getting him to remove everything that he said he was charging for I finally managed to get my car off him for half that price (Still not happy that I had to pay anything). After taking my car to another place the car was fixed in 4 HOURS, yes HOURS, not MONTHS, WEEKS or DAYS. I also never got calls from the garage, I was always doing the chasing. My impression was that the garage felt they were doing me a favour by looking at my car, not treating me like a customer. In the 12 weeks that my car was with un-Reliance I had to pay out for a hire car which was very basic and it cost me over £1500. I am likely to take this matter further, but in the meantime I would hope that this is a warning to all of you that may want to risk taking your car there. You've been WARNED.

Paid over £1000 to have new cam belt water pump and the head re-built. Sinse then i needed a new water pump and the oil leaks from the head gasket because thay never fitted new gaskets. Dont go here if you dont want to pay twice.

kept my car for 4 weeks paid 895 pounds car came back with the same problem nothing sorted owner martin if anyone needs his name is martin closed my call an refused to fix i hope someone drags there ass to court

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off.. £66 just to tell "I think its turbo" took it to another garage, it took less than 30 mins and they figured it out as faulty MAF sensor, charged only £30 to fix it... Avoid!!

After over 3 months, and 1000 quid, my car still didn't run. They couldn't be bothered to return a single phone call the whole time. I finally had it hauled to someone else, who told me I had wasted all my money as the engine wasn't worth repairing. It took the new guy 24 hours to tell me this. Reliance clearly had no idea what they were doing.

Called these guys on Monday to get my bmw booked in was told they can look at it the following day. I decided to drop it off the same night so they can start in the morning. Next day I called the garage at 2pm and was told they have not had time to look at it yet but will get looked at later that afternoon. I called them on Wednesday afternoon and was told they will look at it this afternoon. I called back at 5.30pm and was told it still has not been looked at. The chap told me he had been off for 2 days and he will get the chap (owner I believe)who booked it in to call me the following morning. I was not happy with this so later that evening I picked up the car and have now booked it in to a proper garage. I do not think these guys know how much inconvenience it causes when your car is off the road. Would never use or recommend them to any one!!!!!!

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS - SUNDAY

They advertise themselves as being open 24 hours but just been to their workshop in Slough and sadly they are not OPEN as advertised. If their open policy has changed one would appreciate if they could amend the information as necessary. Even on their website it confirm they are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week but visiting them speaks a different story. NOT HAPPY !!!
