Awful. There is a reason this company has their reviews off.
I sent my iPad in to Repairstar in January 2014. I got it back today (May 28th). I sent it in because the screen connector was damaged. I had no communication from the company, and had to chase them up weekly. I was told that the technician was out etc and fobbed off for months. Then out of the blue, I received the device today. The fault hadn't been repaired, and the iPad that I was sent had a broken screen. When I sent it in, it worked perfectly. So let this be a lesson. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
