Well done job

My SHARP LC60LE651K tHE PICTURE IS BREAKING UP.I was very upset.I terribly need a engineer to repair my TV.I called Consumer Electronics Service Network for help.They sent engineers .He repair the TV very quickly and take nominal charges. CESN Consumic is Very helpful on both occasions I contact you again.

Absolute joke
No stars cause they are a waste of time. So damn rude and ignorant. Have no knowledge in the field what so ever they areCowboys and Have returned tv back not repaired and underneath panel missing. Had to wait over a month to get it back, and it started to spark and smoke up when plugged in. Please be aware go somewhere else go to authorised dealer

The perils on online searching!
I had searched online for a local tv repairer, but on collection was told that my set had to go from Coventry to Stoke - transport costs no doubt putting up the price: just over double the repair cost would have paid for a new tv! They took just over a week to repair it and a call came at 8.30 am to say they had to return it a few hours later - no option to negotiate it. 3 months guarantee offered. Moral: check carefully where the workshop is based and shop around.

No worth it find another one
They are rubbish, was waiting more than 2 weeks every time i call they tell me parts will come tmrw, we call you tmrw, they never did and price i been i shock, you can buy same part on ebay for les than 1/3 price I forgot to add that from time to time they changing company name coz of bad opinions, before the company name was cesn rubbish

They do not deserve even one star cheeting company, you will wait more than 2 weeks, price for parts is two time more than in dealer, ask them to deliver old part they did not, they charge more than tv is worth do not fix u tv in this company my adwise
