Absolutely Rubbish

Their service standards are so bad that you can expect to continously follow up with them for each and everything regarding your house/tenancy etc for months in a row without response. The leader of their team is Tony who is a smart man and will initially sound like he is your good friend just before the letting and after you have paid in he will not even recognize you. Extremely bad in customer dealing and make a lot of fuss with customer requirements and are extremely unhelpful towards the tenants. They have no knowlegde of the house they provide lettings for (although they show as if they know) and do not, repeat do not go on their words. They have a nexus with the landlords and do not listen for any problems in the house once its been let. Please keep away.
