Very poor management service
Our dealings have mainly been with the Shirley branch, which relocated to B'ham city centre (Gas Street) several years ago, though we have also had some dealings with the Edgbaston branch. Tenant find service OK but management service extremely disappointing. Unresponsive to tenants' needs, slow to pass on rent, failed to supply relevant paperwork (tenancy agreements, tenant info, deposit protection info, inventories) to landlord despite repeated requests, seem to have carried out a total of one property inspection in approx 3.5 years' worth of tenancies, failed to protect deposits until notice given by landlord to terminate contract. Knowing what I know now, I'd recommend choosing an agent that's ARLA / NALS / TPO registered instead.

horrible people
The worst estate agents I came across in my life. Irresponsible people and they waste your time. Warning, dont even think to deal with them
