I struggled with my weight, I am an aspiring author and I had a questionable relationship. I’m one of those people that society would class as ‘sorted’, on the surface some might say that I didn't need a Life Coach, appearances can be very deceptive. I was apprehensive initially as I didn’t truly understand the value of life coaching….that was until I attended my first session, that was the day that my life changed! The only way that I can describe the impact that my sessions with Akeila has had that is remotely fitting is that I am now able to ‘breathe’ again.
