Terrible workmanship.

I don't know where to start. Shane did work on my property worth £140,000. He is expert in convincing people and he himself says that he has best people skills, which literally demonstrated on me and convince me that he has all the knowledge and shows that he is an expert. But when the time comes to deliver the work, it's one of the most poor quality work and charges are way above top quality work. He is very quick in giving estimation, never give detailed estimates and uses cheap raw materials like cheap plaster board, floor boards, plumbing materials, electrics, etc. which are hidden behind the shiny decorations and made profit out of them. He always says "YES" to every kind of work, whether it's plumbing, gas, heating, construction, roofing, velux window installation, PVC door installation etc. but workmanship on all kind of work is literally below standards. In nutshell, he is definitely not recommended.
