Goes the extra mile

We called Rex CCTV and a nice gentleman named mark arrived the next day. He interviewed us and took a look around the place asking questions as we went. he explained every aspect of the system in a non technical way which we understood without problems. We had already decided almost before the quote arrived that this was the company for us. The quote arrived in the post two days later and we were very happy to see a range of options listed to upgrade the system, we accepted two of the options. The installers arrived the following Monday and had a full set of installation plans to guide them. They worked in a very unobtrusive way and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. They were both smartly presented in their yellow and black work clothes. The last day they spent setting up the system with me and training me how to use the system. I am glad I used this company. four stars for value because they weren't the cheapest but I am entirely satisfied with my system and it meets our needs completely. Highly recommended
