Poor service from RGB
I bought a mower from them earlier this year. After two outings a small but critical part broke. Since then I have been trying to contact them for a spare part. My emails get an automatic acknowledgement promising an early reply which never comes. Their phone always seems to be on answerphone and they never return calls. I have a mower which worked twice and is now gathering dust in the shed. After sales service is non-existant.
