Ric Mash Personal Training

I specialise in 1 to 1, online or small group training to help clients improve their fitness and performance (including sports performance).
I am a Fitness Trainer/Coach with a Level 3 Advanced International Diploma in PT, certificate in kettlebell and ViPR training aswell as a BSc in Sport & Exercise from the University of Surrey, Roehampton. I also hold a qualification in Sports Conditioning.
I am fully insured and have a current first aid certificate.
