I specialise in handcrafted logos, custom illustrations and graphic design for print. I also design and build websites and manage social media and email marketing.

The first thing I ask myself as I begin any project is, “What is the message and how can I best convey it?". This simple yet often overlooked concept is fundamental when you begin the process of collecting images and text together to form a layout.
Along with the basic design elements of composition and typography, I can also provide custom illustrations when they're needed. Whether in a digital vector format or more traditional media, such as pen and ink, a custom illustration never fails to add a little something extra to a presentation.
When it comes to designing for the web, the most important thing to keep in mind is user experience, if your website doesn't display correctly, or your information is difficult to find, it doesn't matter how ‘pretty' your website is, that user is going to go somewhere else.
As a result, when I design a website the core is built with standardised code, the layout is structured with a ‘form follows function' ethic and the navigation is intuitive by contemporary standards – all this without sacrificing aesthetics.
I include in all my websites, basic search engine optimisation (SEO), the ability to update and manage your website yourself (CMS) and with the ever increasing use of mobile and tablet devices, I also offer responsive design, which adapts seamlessly to various screen sizes for a more pleasurable experience.
When using email campaigns and social media, not only can you continue fostering your corporate identity by telling the ‘story' of your brand and how you got to where you are, you can engage with your target audience on a daily basis, growing your customer base.
