Drain unplugged
The Bathtub in my master bedroom was plugged. I called this company, they came quickly. I must say the main thing I like about this company is, while the plumber was in my house he wore booties on his shoes to keep my place clean! The plumber unplugged the drain and its fine now. I appreciate this companies service, I will use them from now on!

Clogged Floor Drain
The ancient floor drain in the church utility room was clogged. Technician from this company came quickly and found the culprit - an old valve nob had fallen down the hole. He did a great job and stuck to his price. Thanks!

Replace a leaking valve
When I turned on my outside hose bib after the winter I didn't think to check the valve for leaks, but leak it did! What a mess. I've used this company before for a couple small jobs, and once again they did not disappoint! They were able to come over same day, remove the leaking valve and replace it with one of much higher quality. Great work, and reasonable price.

Two leaky toilets
This company was able to schedule me in on short notice and came by as promised during the reasonable time frame they provided. Technician was courteous, well mannered and completed the job efficiently. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who requires their services.

Ceiling Leak
We had a mysterious leak in our ceiling, not sure if it was from the roof or not...plumber came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem right away. I will definitely use this company in the future if I need to! Very friendly and efficient !

Basement Floor Drain
You can't help but trust this company as soon as you meet them, they has a quiet soft mannerism that is very comforting. At jobs end I had some concerns about the dirt around the house and the pricing quoted. At all times he keep that same demeanour and address all my concerns. They hired a company to clean my home and they were exceptional. This is the company and guy for those of you like me who don't know anything about plumbing. Our drain problem, not a problem anymore.

Very fair prices !
Recently had my drain flood my basement late at night, called Richmond Builders and they came immediately fixed the problem. Even though it was late at night they took the time to explain what went wrong and even cleaned up the floors!! I have never had service like this before. Highly recommend, great 24hr service and very fair!!

Very professional
Great and professional contractor. Their service was very fast. The plumber who came to my house constantly kept me updated with options and was very polite. Would use again
I called Smith to install a closet organizer in my main bedroom and complete some other small jobs. He was prompt to return my calls and completed the project professionally and on time. I felt Smith was honest in his approach and I would use him again
