Sodium Bisulphate
Sodium Bisulphate is used as a food additive to leaven cake mixes (making them rise) as well as being used in meat and poultry processing and most recently in browning prevention of fresh-cut produce.
Sucralose
Sucralose is a non-nutritive sweetener. In the European Union, it is also known under the E number E955. It is stable under heat and over a broad range of pH conditions. Therefore, it can be used in baking or in products that require a longer shelf life.
