How not to treat a 79 Year old lady
After fours months of receiving computer generated responses and no explanation or consideration for the stress this may cause an elderly lady, they offer only 25% of the expenses incurred and a pathetic excuse for non payment of the majority of expenses because we did not read the small print and as we hadn't notified them that our mother was seriously ill in hospital and a family member was required to travel to Corfu. I strongly advise customers to shop elsewhere if you want peace of mind and a stress free holiday.
