Poor service - sent this letter after our wedding, never received a response. Wedding "conference" day • Photographer late for our appointment. • Hassled about not buying one of your albums. • Additional fee requested but there was no mention of this previously. Day before wedding • Photographer not present for meeting. • A different member of staff was unable to find our booking form, therefore we had to explain all the details again, including where to meet the Bride the following day. • Hassled again about not buying one of your albums. • Expressed our concerns about poor service, but the member of staff refused to apologise. • This meeting was a total and utter waste of our time, on what was a very busy day. Wedding Day • Flash didn't work after all the guests assembled on the stairs. Photographer did not have spare batteries. • Some photographs poorly arranged/framed. Viewing day • One of the photographs we specifically asked for was not included in viewing because it was underexposed. • We were not even allowed to see the photograph in question, because it was not in the slide show. 1st photograph collection • On two separate occasions, photographs were not ready for collection despite being assured they were when we telephoned beforehand. • Two sets of photographs handed to wrong people. DVD purchase • First copy of DVD was not ready despite phoning ahead before collection. • DVD was not packaged correctly and did not work correctly. • Staff did not offer to post another copy out, but insisted that we visit the shop. 2nd photograph collection • Photographs posted to our home address despite confirmation in writing and by telephone that we would pick them up from the shop. • This resulted in two wasted trips.
