Wedding dress hoop crisis

I would highly recommend this place, I recently got married 17/8/17 . If I had have known about this place before I bought my wedding dress in Doncaster, I would have definitely have got it here. After picking up my wedding dress a few days before I was due to get married and coming up to Scarborough to get married. The hoop that the wedding dress shop gave me (in Doncaster) was not suitable for the type of gown that I was going to wear, my dress was a heavy duchess satin dress so required a strong hoop to keep the dress full looking whilst walking. I then started telephoning bridal shops in scarborough to see if they had a hoop in stock that woud be suitable for my dress, the lady from beautiful brides could not help me has she explained that the trend for wedding gowns at the moment is lace, that require lighter hoops . She then kindly gave me the number for Rispin coulture to which I phoned. The lady was soooo friendly and helpful, she told me not to worry, to bring my gown the next day when I arrived in Scarborough, to try on the hoops she had, and if any of them was not suitable she would make me one. By the time my dress arrived up in Scarborough it was very creased, due to being crushed a little in the car, the lady started steaming my dress until the creases fell out( at no extra charge). Amazingly,She did have a hoop in that suited my dress perfectly. When I asked how much was it to buy the hoop she said I could hire it for £15.00 She also offered to help me into my wedding dress on the day by coming to my house!!! I bought the hoop off her, even though I could have hired it, ( I wanted to give her something for her time and effort that she had spent on me)even though she said if I change my mind she would give me the money back so that I could hire it instead. Either way She didn't mind at all. The lady did come and help me into my wedding dress, and took her time in making sure the dress fitted properly as it had a corset back. The dress felt and looked lovely when she had finished. This lady deserves to do well in her business, if this is not good service, then I don't know what is!!!!.
