Excellent customer service!
I live abroad, and do a lot of shopping online, (as the fashion here is awful) I found an item on the river island web site that seemed to be out of stock nearly every where except in the West Quay branch. I rang the branch and spoke with a young Lady called Josie, she located what I wanted, was vey pleasant, and she aided me on reserving my purchase for the day until a friend could pick it up! Not the normal over the phone request for her... but a big thumbs up to her! Thank you Josie!
