After my visit to your shop on the 31/12/15 I was left angry,upset and discusted. I was spending new years eve with my family before flying out to the canaries. I decided to do some last minute sale shopping and was left utterly discusted at the fact it took three sales staff to decide whether they would take my Scottish money. River island is not a small concern so the fact that this happened to me in your store left me feeling discriminated against. It is pure ignorance on your management that the staff have not been trained correctly. There s is no excuse for this type of ignorance and is totally unexceptionable.
