One can only assume that this business is too busy to want to deal with new customers. As a local resident I contacted them via email around 10 days ago to inquire about a consultation and mortgage advice / arrangement. To date I have not had a reply. I have since contacted 2 other providers locally who responded within 1 working day. As a shift worker (and having been on days and nights, with another stretch of nights coming up, Why should I chase them to give them business when other providers can quite happily give basic advice via email and arrange appointments by email?
