RJP calls this holistic tax planning and it makes a very concrete difference between incurring tax unnecessarily and paying the legal minimum. Our goal at all times is to ensure clients pay the legal minimum of tax and we do not advocate tax planning strategies that could be questioned or considered aggressive by HMRC.
