Unprofessional - Do not use
Booked a taxi by phone to attend an outside function locally. Didn't turn up, when we phoned was told they had forgot our booking. By the time they had arrived and took us there we had missed an important part of the evening. They were apologetic and we agreed a pick up location for later that evening. 20 minutes after the agreed time we contacted them to be told the driver had gone to a different location then left when we weren't there. I would not use this company, totally unprofessional
