About
I have twenty years of experience in working through issues in a variety of settings, which allows me to provide a space to be with deep and possibly distressing feelings such as shame, rage, hatred panic, terror and despair. I consider this an essential part of what I can offer as a therapist. I am BACP accredited, have a post diploma award in psychotherapeutic counselling and many hours of continued profession development. Counselling offers an opportunity for both exploration and healing, to deal with challenges, loss or change in life in a deeply supportive environment, which it is often difficult to find in everyday life.
