We had great service from Rhys when we first rented from him, but we have now had a few problems with the house and we don't seenu to be able to get any service from him or his agency. We have left messages on the phone and by email and it would seem that because we have a contract he is not interested anymore. If you are a landlord he is not doing what he should and if you plan to rent don't expect any service.
