This company is awful. Most instructors will say a "normal" student will be ready to sit their test after 30 hours of driving lessons. However, Richard Deacon decided not to teach my son any manouvers in 22.5 hours. When he insisted we buy another 30 hours from him, we informed him that we were not in a financial position to do so and were hoping for my son to carry out his test after the 30 hours. Upon hearing this, Richard Deacon hung up on me, refused to answer any more of my calls, refused to reply to any of my emails, and refused to teach my son any more! This is after we had prepaid him for 30 hours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Richard Deacon now owes us £108 worth of lessons and refuses to deliver them for what can only be petty reasons. This is shockingly unprofessional and leaves us £108 down - no small amount of money! We are trying to file action against him now. I repeat AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We paid Mr. Richard Deacon for 30 hours of instruction for our son. At the end when he still owed us 4 and half hours of lesson, he wanted us to pay him for another 30 hours. When we said we cant afford it, he has just stopped communicating! He doesnt return our calls and messages. He still owes us 125£. He is now AWOL! He has changed his number on the website. I intend to make a complaint with the police and the DSA.
