disgusting service levels
Disgusting levels of service! One resident tried to move out of the building and they basically forced him into liquidation. Happy to take your money but don't want to help out when things don't go right. The shareholders Mr Bradburn & Mr Cook are supposed to be 'managers' but they just tell you that you are wrong and if you do not like it 'pack up and move'

Steer Clear
The only thing that Roger Hannah & Co are any good at is procrastination. From our initial dealings with the company 12 months ago we had to continually chase before any action was taken. 12 months on and nothing has changed - we have done all the work to find a party to take over our lease and their dithering has continued to cost us money. Totally unprofessional in every aspect!
