Very bad practices.

Went to view a property which you would expect to be conducted in private only to find it was apparently company practice to conduct multiple viewings all at the same time, so trying to keep your business private from other people from your area is impossible. The attitude of the agent who conducted the viewing was rude lazy and unprofessional as she obviously couldn't be bothered to forward potential buyers separate viewings so lumped everyone in together - may I also add that this was not mentioned at the time I arranged the viewing. I feel that if this is Ron Greig policy then it should be made clear at the time of arranging a viewing. There was no confidentiality as we were unable to ask any questions or discuss facts figures and finances as other people were present. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with Sue the agent she back answered me in an exceptionally unprofessional manner. I never leave reviews but feel so strongly about my negative experience. The vendor lives out of area and so probably has no idea as to the bad marketing of their property. No head office or 3rd party to complain to as this woman is in charge of the branch and it was obvious by her manner that she has nobody who she answers to. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Far better local agents to deal with. Diabolical.
