Rude
I rang Andy as he had screwed an advertising sign into our village bus shelter, using in excess of 20 screws which has damaged the shelter. He hung up on me. Definitely not a man to do business with.

Rude/aggressive
Andy was incredibly rude to deal with after the work was completed and he had received prompt payment. The work was apparently guaranteed for 10 years- however It took me 5 months of chasing to receive any proof of guarentee and the only thing i currently have is a hand written note- no official guarentee. He was also incredibly aggressive on the phone whilst chasing up information from him.. I was sworn at and shouted out on a few occaisions. I am thoroughly disappointed by the company and the way i was treated by Andy. I strongly recommend avoiding them.. Intimidating experience all round!
