Hello, my name is Caroline and I run Room24; a luxurious beauty room for women in the comfort & privacy of a home environment. Having worked in a top International Spa and one of the Midlands leading destination spas, I have experience in a wide range of treatments. Beneficial course of treatment. Finally out of pain.
I came to Caroline with pain in my upper back area. I couldn't bend my neck back at all or from side to side comfortably. I was recommended a course of deep tissue massage to help reduce the muscle tension and discomfort. I can honestly say that for the first time in months, I am no longer relying on painkillers. I am so much more comfortable now and have a lot more movement in my neck. Furthermore I am sleeping better as well now. I now have monthly-6 weekly appointments to ensure that the tension doesn't build up again. Highly recommended.
