Had a 14 k kitchen installed by this firm,they did not use the supplied connections to fit the water softener , two months later the pipe came off flooding my entire ground floor! They refuse to accept any liability and then charge to come and put the damage right They demand nearly all the money up front and there customer service is APPALLING!
