Roskel resourcing ltd
I used Roskel which was recommended through social services, to begin with I had a couple of different PA's to care for my mother, with no problems. My mothers regular PA's left and that's when the fun started.....no one would turn up leaving mum without meals, medication etc etc and when they did turn up they didn't stay for the whole time. when I rang roskel to complain I was told its not their problem and they would look for other PA's if not happy also when the PA's took holidays I was told that there not responsible to send a replacement......what a joke! I have since found alternative arrangements for my mother. stay clear of this company.
