I was extremely dissapointed today to turn up to the salon on a groupon deal which was bought for myself at christmas time, to find it had cancelled and they was no longer carrying out the deal, I had payed parking and petrol as I live out of the Hull area and had to travel in. Yet a week later I had rang the salon to book the appointment and all was ok. Brian who I understand runs the salon was on the front desk, he rudely said they was no longer running the deal and i would have to contact groupon further, the person who bought the groupon deal should of recieved a full refund (which they havent). He basically started smirking which I find very unprofessional. I really believe this to be bad customer service and cannot believe that customers should be treat like this even more so when people arent spending money on luxurys in this recession!
