Excellent service at first, but have little or no idea on how to handle mortgages. Suggest all the good deals, then when it comes to the crunch, let you down. Totally unnecessary brokers, coupled with their conveyancers that charge London prices. Summary, Good at first, gradually becoming more useless but still friendly..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, go direct or use L&C
