Absolutely DISGUSTING service from them! I took my phone to be unlocked so I could sell it. The man told me he had fully unlocked it, but had actually 'jailbroken' it! So I couldn't Dow load anything. Took phone back to them and they said it wasn't their problem!! So now been left with a broken phone which I can no longer sell. Trading standards have been notified!
