Didn't deliver
Called them on a Sunday and was told someone would be out within 4 hours and the work would be a flat fee of £129. At the end of the 4 hours (5pm on a Sunday when all stores etc shut!) they called back to say they "may" be able to come on Monday and the fee was £60 per half hour not the flat fee quoted! Waited in all afternoon, didn't call anyone else and the didn't keep their appointment!
