Fraudulent charging
Received card to demand fee of 0.11pence plus a £1.00 Royal Mail handling fee. Exactly why I should pay this is criminal, this is nothing short of a ransom note threatening non delivery on an item I did not pay for the original postage. If it is under the required postage return to sender or give the sender an opportunity to correct. Time Royal Mail ceases to exist. Also, you should not be called ROYAL as this title was given to the original company, this should have been dropped in the private sell out. What a cop out organisation.
