Sometimes people just need to be able to make a phone call to see if their post/parcel is back at the depot, not to be sent all round the houses with option 1, 2, 3 etc only to not be able to speak to the people they need to. Whilst I appreciate it makes Royal Mails life easier but what about everyone else 😡
