Terrible customer service
I had the pleasure of collecting a parcel from Bingham Delivery Office this morning , after ringing the bell 3 times and waiting 10 minutes a surly bearded man appeared no apology , very poor attitude if Royal Mail employs people like him no surprise they are in their current predicament , ratings in all categories Nil
