Needing to speak to someone with regards to a missing parcel I called the sorting office and after the phone rining out for a few minutes someone at the sorting office actually answered and without speaking just put the phone down (not hung up just left off the hook so you could hear that someone was there) Absolutely disgusting way to conduct a business and you'd think with the high cost increase they'd be trying to keep the business and offering a damn site better service.
