answer phone hell
No one answers the phone and no one calls back. But i bet they answer the 0845 number. This phone is un maned clearly. It wouldn't be so bad if they at least listened to the messages and repliied to them but they do not. The Royal Mail should be ashamed.

just bad manners
after trying to find 3 parcels which the royal mail have lost, i contacted (ha) this office. only to get answering machine that asks for your details and no body rings back. this office or the people running it are a disgrace, no help at all when you go in, and a waste of time having a phone at all, your a waste of time and i would be ashamed if i worked in that office

i rang this dept for a full day to check on a lost parcel and still no one answered disgusting service and that answering machine aarrgghh. how do you get to speak to these people.this is not the first time either.
