No proper customer service
Absolutely useless. Needed to talk to someone but only endless menus and then automated service. I do not want to talk to a robot. Please, please, please... can a human being answer my query. That would be proper customer service. I give you 0 on every count!

A Complete Shambles
Have failed to deliver 3 next day recorded delivery in a row on time. Do NOT answer phone at all - have been trying for over an houe
