WE took in a heavy parcel from Royal Mail (signed for) ,onlyto find it was for someone on our estate in a different road..I have phoned Royal mail repeatedly but no one answers the calls.I wont take any more parcels in again.No wonder are taking away busines.Get a grip!!!
